I love the norchill, sadly one of the side zippers popped off after owning it for about a year.
I first bought one on Amazon bc they were on sale, but the zipper had issues so I returned it. I thought it would be different if I just bought it at the main website for the full price since they had a 2 year warranty as well but the product I received was even worse. There was rusting on it? Or some kind of black scratch and the zipper at the end was uneven, the zipper issue where it would get stuck at the end is happening on this bag as well, side pocket was messed up alittle at first but I somehow fixed it. At least amazon had the decency to ship it in a box, norchill just put a 180 dollar soft cooler in a paperbag...
Liked the size and the ability to hold a lot of drinks and ice. Easy zipper and easy to get into. Tough outer liner. Was not over impressed with ice retention. Ice lasted only a day boating, by morning, mostly a slush ice bath. But I was Looking for a soft cooler that could hold more drinks and ice and this delivered. I would put this cooler above the RTIC 40 and the 40 Bodega. Just don’t expect to get two days of ice out of it. Will have to try the ice packs to see if that would make a difference
I haven’t had it very long but it was delivered very fast. I’ve already used it a couple time and it keeps my beverages very cold. I had used some frozen Yeti blocks and also ice and the combination of the two kept my drinks good for a couple days!! I love the size and convenience it gives me.
Seems to be really well built. It definitely holds the ice, no problem there. I feel like this product will last for a long time.
